Are you an art student or graduate looking to gain skills and experience? Are you interested in working with learning-disabled or autistic adults in a care or creative setting?
Whether you’re looking to volunteer your time in a stimulating environment or donate to our cause, there are many ways you can help us to continue our work.
Your donation will help Arcadea to continue the critical work we do with those in the learning disabled community, helping us to provide support to disabled artists.
We offer diverse short and long-term volunteering roles and can support you in opportunities including:
- Supporting learning-disabled or autistic adults to make art alongside a professional artist.
- Working as part of a team to deliver activities and care.
- Devising and delivering a creative project for a learning disabled person.
- Enabling our members to improve communication skills, combat loneliness and encourage and develop peer friendships by creating socialising opportunities.
Are you a learning-disabled or autistic adult looking to develop creative skills alongside peers?
