The Hub recently visited Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art to take in an exhibition and part in a workshop with Project Art Works. We enjoyed spending time in Residential, an exhibition profiling the work and practice of neurodivergent artists.
We were inspired by the huge paintings on display and then were invited into the PAW studio to make our own. Members created huge floor works using paint, pencils and compressed charcoal on long bamboo canes resulting in some really free process led results! Other members were supplied with canvases and created diverse images upon then which we brought back to the Hub for display.
